The role leads the design and implementation of microservices and blockchain solutions, including decentralized applications and cryptographic protocols, while ensuring performance, availability, security, and operational stability. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, code reviews, AI-assisted engineering practices, and mentoring senior engineers. Required qualifications include formal software engineering training or certification, five or more years of applied experience, distributed-systems experience, blockchain platform experience, strong object-oriented programming and API development skills, cryptographic knowledge, cloud infrastructure experience, and experience leading AI-assisted software development. Preferred qualifications include financial markets experience, smart-contract development, AWS and Docker experience, DevOps practices, blockchain interoperability, and RDBMS knowledge.
