CAA is hiring a Senior Full Stack Web Developer Lead/Manager to develop and maintain web applications, lead an agile team of 3–5 developers, manage 2–3 developers, perform code reviews, mentor developers, and collaborate with product management. The role requires extensive full-stack development experience, proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, databases, testing, cloud services, and version control, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. It is a hybrid position based in Nashville, Tennessee, with an annual base salary of $175,000–$200,000 and eligibility for benefits and a discretionary bonus.
