The role leads technical guidance and product design, develops and reviews secure production code, promotes AI-assisted engineering practices, and serves as a subject matter expert across market risk, model risk, treasury, regulatory, and related functions. Required qualifications include formal software engineering training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, advanced programming skills, enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development experience, responsible AI governance knowledge, independent problem-solving ability, and practical cloud-native experience such as AWS.
