Description

Arista Networks is hiring Senior/Lead Packet Forwarding Software Engineers to design and build packet forwarding features in EOS, collaborate with customers and product management, architect and develop features using C, C++, and Python, and provide technical leadership. The role also involves troubleshooting customer and system-test issues, mentoring junior engineers, and owning projects from definition through deployment. Candidates need a relevant degree plus 8 years of experience, or an MS plus 6 years, or a Ph.D. plus 3 years, along with expertise in C or C++ and Python, UNIX or Linux, and IP networking or distributed systems.
