150Bond is hiring a Senior Leader (Client Lead) to lead a large, high-visibility client account with minimal supervision. The role owns client management, develops proactive media and storytelling opportunities, writes investor-, policymaker-, and press-ready materials, manages multiple workstreams, and helps identify new business. It requires 8–10 years of progressive communications experience at the Director, VP, or higher level, strong media and storytelling judgment, an established reporter network, elite writing and editorial judgment, stakeholder leadership, communications planning, and team management. The position is based in New York or San Francisco, offers hybrid work, and pays $125,000–$250,000 in base salary plus bonus and commission.
