TEHORA is hiring a Senior LEAN Construction Advisor to support construction management teams in implementing LEAN Construction principles, including the Last Planner methodology and pull flow, across CAT1-2-3 and CAT4 projects. The role involves leading LEAN tool implementation, coaching teams, structuring planning and coordination practices, coordinating with functional teams, and participating in change management. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, 11 to 15 years of relevant experience, major-project experience, LEAN and Last Planner expertise, coaching and on-site support experience, and full French proficiency. The work may be remote or at a client’s premises, with flexible schedules and a career path.
