Druva is hiring a Senior Learning and Development Manager to architect and execute an enterprise-wide learning strategy, develop leadership and succession programs, strengthen employee engagement, collaborate with revenue and product organizations, and optimize learning technology and analytics. The role requires 10+ years of progressive learning and development experience, including 4+ years designing leadership development programs, and experience in SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or enterprise software. The position offers a base salary of $169,000 to $237,000 per year, with potential bonus, commission, and equity compensation, plus health and wellness benefits.
