Wingstop is hiring a Senior Learning & Development Manager to lead its Content Development and Learning Management System teams. The role aligns learning and performance strategy with business strategy, develops blended learning solutions, supports global LMS implementation and content localization, manages training projects, analyzes learning data, and leads and develops instructional design, content development, and LMS teams. The position requires at least seven years of experience in learning and development or a related field, at least three years of people leadership experience, and strong project management, stakeholder management, instructional design, LMS, and blended learning capabilities.
