AWS is hiring a Senior Learning & Development Partner to help design, deliver, measure, and continuously improve its global Day 1 Leader and Day 1 Culture leadership development programs. The role partners with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, talent management, learning specialists, facilitators, and subject matter experts; develops program content and logistics; manages stakeholder relationships; and uses data to track effectiveness, identify gaps, and demonstrate business impact. The position requires extensive experience designing global leadership and management development programs, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder-management experience. It is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $125,800 to $170,200 annually and comprehensive benefits.
