USC Auxiliary Services is hiring a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to lead training needs analysis, functional training modules, compliance and regulatory training, customer-feedback-driven learning solutions, new-hire orientation, position-specific development programs, and the management of a learning and organizational development team. The role also includes consulting, master presenting, and facilitation across business units, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree. The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $94,000, with possible weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
