The Senior Learning Architect will lead the design and rollout of the International Baccalaureate’s next-generation professional learning model, including micro-credential recognition systems, learning journeys, evidence portfolios, and adult learning frameworks. The role requires 7–10 years of experience in learning architecture, senior learning and development, or instructional design, along with expertise in learning sciences, teacher learning, certification pathways, EdTech platforms, and change management.
