Senior Learning Designer at Decoded

Decoded is hiring a Senior Learning Designer to own end-to-end learning experience design for blended learning programmes, including needs analysis, instructional strategy, content and storyboard development, assessments, and work-based application. The role reviews and improves learning products, coaches and manages Learning Designers, and reports to the Learning Experience Director. Candidates should be subject-matter experts in LXD and andragogy, proficient in prompt engineering and generative AI tools, and able to collaborate across Product, SMEs, facilitation, and technical teams. The position offers a hybrid working environment and a salary of £50,000–£55,000.
