Outsmart is hiring a STEM Learning Designer to build and scale college-level science courses from curriculum architecture through content creation, assessment design, interactive tools, and learner-feedback loops. The role collaborates with product, engineering, and learning-design teams and uses AI-assisted workflows and data-informed iteration to improve course efficacy. Candidates should have an advanced degree in a core science discipline or related field, at least three years of college-level science curriculum design experience, broad scientific fluency, and experience building technology-enabled learning experiences.
