LHH is hiring a full-time Senior Learning Experience Designer for General Assembly in Dubai. The role leads the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise, technical, professional, and workplace learning programs, including AI-enabled and emerging-technology content. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, learning outcomes, instructor enablement, quality control, project management, productization, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least five years of instructional or learning experience, strong knowledge of adult learning and AI concepts, and hands-on experience with AI tools and practical learning activities.
