Skydio is hiring a Senior Learning Experience Developer to design and produce immersive, simulation-driven training for pilots and technicians operating autonomous flight systems. The role combines instructional design, multimedia production, and the development of learning experiences using AI, Skydio Paraverse, augmented reality, virtual reality, and simulation. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years producing educational or technical learning content, expertise in instructional video, motion graphics, animation, and multimedia storytelling, and a strong portfolio. The annual base salary range is $110,000 to $145,000, with equity, health insurance, paid leave, holiday pay, and a 401K savings plan.
