Description
The Senior Learning Measurement Analyst supports Mars University’s Learning Measurement team by managing data, analysis, reporting, dashboards, and program measurement. The role automates reporting, evaluates learning program effectiveness, resolves data issues, provides consultative insights, mentors colleagues, and partners with cross-functional teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of data and reporting experience, along with SQL, Excel, statistical analysis, and Power BI or Tableau skills.
