EIDU is hiring a Senior Learning Officer to lead the design, implementation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of learning and capacity-development programmes aligned with Kenya’s Competency-Based Curriculum. The role covers curriculum and instructional design, blended and digital learning, teacher and government-stakeholder training, coaching, monitoring and evaluation, pilot programme design, data analysis, and evidence-based programme improvement. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Education with English or Mathematics specialization, at least six years of education programme experience and five years in teacher training, coaching, or instructional leadership, plus strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project-management skills. The position is based in Kenya, Nigeria, or Germany with a hybrid work setup.
