Jellyfish is hiring a Senior Learning Programme Manager to lead and operate a training and readiness programme supporting over 1,000 global resources for a Technology client. The role owns end-to-end programme delivery, onboarding, stakeholder governance, training requests, content quality, operational tracking, risk escalation, vendor management, and AI-enabled process improvement. It is a 9-month fixed-term contract requiring immediate joining, with remote work for up to 60% of the days and flexible hours between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. The employer offers group medical and life insurance and a Provident Fund contribution.
