JCMLiving is hiring a Senior Leasing Specialist to support its apartment leasing team in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. The role involves welcoming prospective residents, answering calls, scheduling tours, following up on leads, presenting apartments, overcoming objections, closing leases, preparing leases, maintaining lead-management systems, supporting resident accounts and service requests, and helping achieve occupancy and customer-service goals. Candidates should be confident communicators, comfortable in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, computer-savvy, organized, and experienced in sales, apartment leasing, or market-rent leasing. Compensation includes an hourly rate plus commission, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, paid time off, and community amenity benefits.
