Re7 Capital is hiring a Senior Legal Associate to report to the COO and manage legal, regulatory, compliance, and operational activities across the crypto-asset investment firm. The role covers cross-jurisdictional licensing and structures, fund governance, commercial contracts and deal structuring, product advice, entity governance, intellectual property, data privacy, and coordination with external counsel and regulators. It is a senior, remote-first role ideally suited to candidates within three hours of GMT/BST, with UK visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates.
