Description
Re7 Capital is hiring a Senior Legal Associate to report to the COO and manage legal, regulatory, compliance, and operational activities across its crypto-asset investment firm. The role covers licensing and cross-jurisdictional structures, fund regulation and governance, commercial contracting and deal structuring, product advice, entity governance, intellectual property, data privacy, and strategic execution. It requires at least five years of legal and operations experience in crypto, asset management, or financial services, legal qualification or equivalent senior legal experience, multi-jurisdictional financial-regulatory knowledge, and experience with funds, cross-border operations, contracts, external counsel, and regulators. The position is remote-first, ideally within three hours of GMT/BST, and UK visa sponsorship is available for exceptional candidates.
