Description
Re7 Capital is hiring a Senior Legal Associate to report to the COO and manage legal, regulatory, compliance, fund governance, commercial structuring, and operational activities across multiple jurisdictions in a crypto-asset investment and DeFi environment. The role requires at least five years of legal and operations experience in crypto, asset management, or financial services, legal qualification or equivalent senior legal experience, knowledge of financial regulations including FCA, CIMA, SEC, and MiCA, experience with entity structuring, fund governance, cross-border operations, commercial contracts, offshore fund structures, external counsel, and regulators. The position is remote-first, ideally within three hours of GMT/BST, and UK visa sponsorship is available for exceptional candidates.
