Description
Re7 Capital is hiring a remote-first Senior Legal Associate to report to the COO and manage legal, regulatory, compliance, and operational activities across the crypto-asset investment firm. The role covers cross-jurisdictional licensing and entity structures, fund governance, commercial contracting and negotiations, product advice, IP and data privacy, and coordination with external counsel and regulators. Candidates need at least five years of relevant legal and operations experience in crypto, asset management, or financial services, legal qualification or equivalent senior legal experience, and strong knowledge of multi-jurisdictional financial regulation. The role is ideally based within three hours of GMT/BST, and UK visa sponsorship is available for exceptional candidates.
