Re7 Capital is hiring a Senior Legal Associate to report to the COO and manage legal, regulatory, compliance, and operational activities across the crypto-asset investment firm. The role covers fund regulation, cross-jurisdictional structuring, commercial contracts and negotiations, entity governance, IP and data privacy, regulatory compliance, and strategic execution in a fast-paced DeFi environment. It is remote-first, ideally within three hours of GMT/BST, and UK visa sponsorship is available for exceptional candidates.
