Docebo is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to advise senior leadership and cross-functional teams on complex global legal matters, negotiate and draft SaaS and commercial agreements, review contracts and M&A and tender activities, advise on data privacy and product compliance, and lead legal workflows and training. The role requires a JD/LLB, active admission to practice, at least eight years of legal experience, SaaS and privacy expertise, and strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
