New Relic is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to support commercial activities across the Asia Pacific and Japan regions, with particular focus on Japan. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS and partner contracts; advising sales, marketing, procurement, and leadership teams; managing contract templates and privacy and security risks; and supporting deal execution and operational processes. Candidates must be Japanese-qualified attorneys with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience, including experience in an English-speaking jurisdiction, commercial contract negotiation, technology, contract law, and revenue recognition. The position is hybrid and does not offer visa sponsorship.
