mobile.de is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel (d/f/m) to serve as a trusted legal partner to its business, product, and technology teams. The role provides practical legal advice on commercial contracts, product compliance, IT law, data protection, digital regulation, consumer rights, and unfair competition law; reviews, drafts, and negotiates commercial agreements; monitors German and EU regulatory risks; supports external counsel and M&A; and collaborates with cross-functional teams. The position requires a fully qualified German lawyer with at least five years of post-qualification experience, strong German and English proficiency, and familiarity with legal technology and AI-assisted tools. It is a hybrid role based in Berlin, Charlottenburg, with flexibility to work from home and abroad for a set number of days per year.
