Codex is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to own the end-to-end legal workstream for financial partnerships, including reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, managing due diligence and regulatory documentation, and advising on product, entity routing, and cross-border regulatory implications. The role requires a qualified lawyer with at least 10 years of experience, strong expertise in financial partnership contracts and payments regulation, and the ability to operate autonomously; it is based in APAC or a time zone overlapping with the team.
