IDS is hiring a Senior‑Level Systems Engineer in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, to support the definition and implementation of system architecture for an Agent Knowledge Management System using an agentic framework for automated knowledge extraction. The role manages system integration, deployment, compliance, testing, validation, and lifecycle sustainment while coordinating engineering, data science, and UX teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree, nine, seven, or five years of relevant experience respectively, engineering-system lifecycle experience, requirements-decomposition and integration experience, Agile and CI/CD familiarity, and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph. The salary range is $150,000–$170,000.
