Paired is recruiting a Lifecycle & Retention Growth Strategist for a client-side role supporting U.S. and German companies in DTC e-commerce, consumer products, subscription businesses, and digital services. The role owns lifecycle and retention strategy, analyzes customer and performance data, builds automated journeys and campaigns, runs experiments, leads cross-functional teams, and presents recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders. It requires at least five years of relevant experience, strong lifecycle marketing and CRM expertise, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work remotely with international teams.
