Gen is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Journey Manager to own MoneyLion’s retention stage, including retention and churn KPIs, scoring and intervention logic, reactivation and win-back journeys, Iterable campaigns, incrementality testing, loyalty and premium experiences, and AI agent guardrails. The role requires 7–10+ years of lifecycle, CRM, or retention-marketing experience, advanced data and experimentation skills, and senior cross-functional leadership. It is based in the NYC office with onsite work three days per week and offers a base salary of $160,000–$185,000 plus a performance-based bonus.
