Description
WSP is hiring a Lighting Design Engineer to produce detailed lighting layouts, engineering drawings, specifications, feasibility reports, and technical documentation; coordinate with manufacturers, contractors, clients, and local authorities; support site assessments and clearance drawings; and contribute to project proposals, programmes, and budgets. The role requires lighting design software, AutoCAD, knowledge of external lighting standards and electrical design, experience from conception through issue for construction, and experience in the Local Government or Strategic Road Network sectors. The position also involves mentoring early-career professionals and developing industry relationships.
