Tastytrade is hiring a Senior Linux Infrastructure Engineer in Chicago on a hybrid basis. The role owns production Linux systems from the hardware layer through configuration management, container orchestration, networking, virtualization, observability, and incident response. Candidates need at least six years of Linux systems, infrastructure, or SRE experience, along with expertise in performance analysis, declarative configuration management, Kubernetes or Nomad, Bash and Python, networking, load balancing, and virtualization. The position offers a base salary of $140,000-$180,000, a 10-12% discretionary performance bonus, and medical, vision, and dental benefits.
