Description
The Senior Linux System Engineer will join Xtremepush's infrastructure team to maintain and scale production, staging, and development environments across AWS and other cloud services. The role covers hardware and software installation, automation, monitoring, security, uptime, network and storage management, releases, upgrades, and complex troubleshooting, while also serving as a technical point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors. The position requires at least seven years of Linux system administration experience, scripting ability, LEMP-stack knowledge, networking and security experience, application debugging, MySQL administration, mail-server expertise, and cloud and virtualization experience. It is a hybrid role based in North America.
