Level is hiring a Senior Live Ops Analyst to lead production and process analytics for live-service release programs across its educational games portfolio. The role owns BI strategy, dashboards, data models, SQL and Python analysis, executive health reporting, root-cause investigations, process improvement, strategic advising, and analyst mentorship. Candidates need at least five years of business intelligence or analytics experience, strong SQL and Python skills, experience with production or program operations, and a track record of advising production or program leadership.
