Description
Glenmeadow is hiring a Senior Living Intern to rotate through senior living community departments and functions, including administration, human resources, dining, health services, hospitality, life enrichment, maintenance operations, and sales and marketing. The intern will develop knowledge of the sector and community operations, engage with residents, suggest operational improvements, support workflow and automation initiatives, participate in strategic planning, contribute to reputation-building activities, and help create performance dashboards. The role requires matriculation in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program, interest in senior living, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency; graphic design familiarity is a bonus. Internships vary in length, may include internship credit, and include a modest stipend.
