Description
The Agricultural Loan Officer serves present and prospective members and customers by developing new business, researching customer needs, interviewing applicants, analyzing credit and financial data, determining credit risk, establishing and renegotiating credit terms, inspecting collateral, servicing loans, monitoring delinquencies, and providing financial guidance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, at least three years of agricultural lending experience, computer proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel between branch offices and other facilities.
