The role involves assessing financial profiles, recommending suitable loan programs, educating clients, coordinating loan processing and closings, maintaining client confidentiality, and supporting business development. Candidates should have experience as a Loan Originator or Mortgage Loan Officer, strong mortgage lending and compliance knowledge, excellent communication skills, and NMLS licensing; a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with mortgage origination software.
