NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Logic Design Engineer for its CPU core team. The role owns a design unit, contributes to micro-architecture, writes RTL and documentation, and collaborates with verification and implementation teams to meet timing, area, performance, and power goals. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of processor or high-performance semiconductor design experience, strong RTL and computer architecture expertise, and proven ownership of complex design blocks.
