The role owns carrier relationships, onboarding, KPI accountability, cost and rate optimization, service-quality improvements, network strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need 3–5 years of logistics, supply chain, or operations experience, carrier-management expertise, commercial and analytical skills, Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, and TMS or routing-platform experience. The position offers a CAD 67,725–77,725 pay range and health and dental benefits from day one.
