Citi is hiring a Senior Low Latency Developer – Equities Connectivity to engineer and operate low-latency connectivity platforms for equities electronic execution, including Exchange and Client Connectivity, Order Management, Algo access, and Direct Market Access. The role partners with business, product, infrastructure, quantitative research, and production support teams; leads performance optimization, testing, reliability, and platform monitoring; and mentors junior developers. It requires 6–10 years of relevant financial technology application development experience, low-latency system design expertise, project management skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position is full-time in Jersey City, New Jersey, with a salary range of $142,320 to $213,480 and potential hybrid work opportunities.
