Description
The role is an international air-freight specialist responsible for coordinating air-freight shipments from pickup to delivery, including dispatch, documentation, follow-up, priority shipments, transport solutions, shipment monitoring, and cost control. The specialist also negotiates freight rates and capacity, evaluates transport options, communicates with airlines, ground-handling agents, partners, and internal stakeholders, reviews invoices, prepares billing, and performs post-job cost calculations. The position requires a logistics degree or vocational training, several years of air-freight experience, strong English communication, and the ability to support team development and process improvement.
