Datacom is hiring a Microsoft 365 Specialist to serve as the technical escalation point for its Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence across Australia. The role focuses on enabling customers and internal business users, guiding adoption and continuous improvement, and supporting workloads across data, files, communications, collaboration, security, and identity and access management. Candidates must be Australian citizens, have prior ICT Professional Services experience, and extensive hands-on Microsoft 365 Engineer experience covering Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure AD, and related identity technologies. The role is available in Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Melbourne.
