Description
Roku is hiring a Senior Machine Learning / AI Engineer, Content Platform to build and own content knowledge platforms and algorithms that improve content quality and user engagement. The role focuses on machine learning and generative AI models for entity matching, deduplication, summarization, metadata quality, data quality checks, visual similarity scoring, and content tagging, along with KPI measurement and production systems. Candidates need 7+ years of large-scale machine learning and GenAI experience, strong computer science fundamentals, expertise in deep generative models, transformers, NLP, and vision models, experience with big data systems and Java, Scala, or Python, and an MS in a relevant field; a Ph.D. is preferred. The role generally follows a Monday–Thursday office schedule with flexible Fridays.
