Description
Numa is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Developer to build and ship conversational AI systems, voice and SMS agents, prompts, tools, and production machine learning models for automotive dealership operations. The role covers model training, evaluation, Ray Serve and Dagster deployment, LLM infrastructure, observability, CI gates, and engineering mentorship. Candidates need at least six years of software or machine learning engineering experience, strong Python and software engineering fundamentals, and hands-on experience with AI systems, ML models, and LLMs. The position is based in Montreal, Quebec; Toronto; or Ontario, with a base salary of $200,000–$250,000 CAD, equity, flexible PTO, and fully covered group insurance.
