JetBrains is hiring an AI Software Engineer to develop Junie, an AI coding agent available as a standalone CLI and across JetBrains IDEs. The role owns end-to-end initiatives involving CLI features, LLM model ensembling and cost efficiency, autonomous agent behaviors, and long-term project maintenance. Candidates should have experience shipping machine-learning or full-stack products, working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows, and building or fine-tuning ML models.
