Grab is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead machine learning projects for its ACE online-delivery and omni-commerce business. The role focuses on spatial and temporal demand shaping, content enrichment, demand generation, reliability and dispute-arbitration models, and Generative AI integration. Responsibilities include analyzing transactional, behavioral, and geospatial data; building, iterating, and deploying production-grade models; conducting A/B testing and monitoring; and collaborating with product, engineering, analytics, design, and operations teams. The position is onsite in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and requires a bachelor's degree plus at least four years of relevant experience in machine learning, statistics, computer science, economics, or operations research.
