Striveworks is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Agentic Systems to build and operate reliable AI systems for customer projects and the company’s Chariot AI operations platform. The role involves developing machine learning solutions, orchestrating data and agentic workflows, integrating AI systems with external tools and APIs, evaluating agent performance and safety, and improving model reliability. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least six years of experience, strong Python and machine learning skills, and US citizenship with eligibility for a Secret security clearance. The position is fully remote or hybrid/on-site in northwest Austin, Texas, with up to 20% travel, and offers a base salary of $160,000–$200,000 per year plus equity and bonuses.
