Adobe is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (or Applied Scientist) to build advanced AI systems for creative products such as Photoshop and Lightroom. The role focuses on designing and implementing reasoning systems, tool orchestration, multimodal integrations, LLM/VLLM post-training and evaluation, and production-grade agent architectures using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph. The engineer will lead end-to-end fine-tuning and alignment pipelines, build rigorous evaluation frameworks, mentor team members, and operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
