AECOM is hiring an AI Engineer to lead the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of machine learning models for infrastructure and building applications. The role owns the end-to-end modelling lifecycle, develops robust experimentation and evaluation frameworks, collaborates with MLOps and software engineering teams, and provides technical leadership and mentoring. Candidates need production ML experience, a master’s or PhD in a relevant field, strong Python and modern ML framework expertise, and experience owning ML initiatives end-to-end.
